Mmmmm a nip of Baileys

On the 5th day of Christmas my true love gave to me:

The normal Baileys is 3PP a nip and this is only 2PP a nip.

WW Baileys

2PP @  140 servings
800g Light sweetened condensed milk
9 eggs
1200ml Light Cream
700ml Scotch
6 tablespoons diet chocolate topping (diet caramel may be substituted to make cowboys)
Empty bottles: Makes approx 2,800mls

Instructions:
You will need a large bowl/pot as this makes a large quantity.
1. Beat eggs until smooth.
2. Add Condensed milk, cream and scotch.
3. Mix well, add chocolate topping to taste.
4. Pour into bottles and refrigerate.
5. Turn bottles regularly. It gets better with age.The Scotch keeps the cream. Can become quite thick.
